BundleWhat can I do with 10,000 AI credits?
Credits pay for AI tools that call third-party APIs, like AI background removal and upscaling. 1,000 credits = $1, so 10,000 credits are worth $10 — about 666 AI background removals with the Recraft model.
BundleI already own Web Pro or Desktop. Can I still get the bundle?
Yes. Sign in and the bundle card shows your price: you pay only the launch price of the product you are missing ($49 for Desktop or $29 for Web Pro) and you still get the 10,000 AI credits. If you already own both, there is nothing left to buy.
WebIs Pro really one-time?
Yes. Pay once and Pro stays active on your account for as long as the ReadyPixl web service operates — unlimited web app and browser extension downloads, no recurring charges. AI tools (background removal, upscaling) stay separate pay-per-use credits because they call third-party APIs.
AllDoes anything auto-renew?
No. Pro, the desktop app and the bundle are one-time payments, and credits are top-ups you buy when you want. Nothing on ReadyPixl auto-renews.
AllHow does the launch sale work?
Launch prices — $49 for the desktop app, $29 for web Pro and $78 for the Everything Bundle — are applied automatically at checkout, no coupon code to enter. The sale is time-limited and applies once per customer; when it ends, the regular prices ($89, $49 and $138) apply.
DesktopWhy no refunds?
The 7-day trial without a credit card lets you try every feature before paying. That trial is the safety net; we keep prices low by not running a refund desk.
DesktopWhat happens after the 1-year update window?
Your installed version keeps working indefinitely. Updates released after your window are blocked from auto-installing, but security patches still install. Renewals will be offered in-app when the time comes.
DesktopDo I need to be online to use the app?
No. The desktop app keeps a cached license for 7 days of offline use after the most recent online check. Reconnect once a week or so and you are fine on flights, sites without WiFi, etc.
WebDoes Pro include future premium plugins or new apps?
No. Pro covers the standard editor toolset and all improvements to it. Major new premium plugins or standalone apps are separate products and may be sold separately — still one-time payments, never subscriptions.
WebWhat happened to the Pro subscription?
We retired it. Everyone who had an active Pro subscription was upgraded to lifetime Pro for free, their remaining monthly bonus credits were converted to permanent credits, and billing stopped.
